advice UK - Business Essentials package

We have agreed with adviceUK to provide the Business Essentials package for their members.

Within the Business Essentials package, we can provide the following small office cover:

Contents insurance

Cover provided against loss or damage to property at premises (including accidental damage):

• Office Contents £2,500*
• Office Machinery £2,500*

* Office contents can be increased or cover can be extended to portable equipment you take away from the premises for an additional charge. A £100 excess applies to each loss.

Loss of Income

Cover will apply following loss or damage covered by section 1. There are two options (sums insured can be increased for an additional charge):

• Option A - Loss of Income, + Additional Expenditure £10,000
• Option B - Increased Office Expenses + Replacement of Records £10,000

Money Cover

Limits:

• During Business hours or in Transit to/from the bank £3,000
• After Business Hours: in a Locked Safe £1,000, at employees homes or not in safe £250

In addition, if an employee is assaulted during a robbery, there is personal accident cover included:

• Loss of limb(s) or eye(s) £10,000
• Permanent and total disablement £10,000
• Temporary Total Disablement max £100 per week up to 104 weeks

Public Liability Limit of Indemnity £2,000,000

Extensions to standard policies

In addition to the above standard covers for a small office, there are a range of optional extensions to be rated on an individual client basis:

• Increased limits (e.g. Contents Cover)
• Additional Cover: Buildings ; Book Debts; Personal Accident; Computers; Fidelity Guarantee; Legal Expenses etc.
